LUCIE & RADEK
They love meditation, travelling and climbing. They have known each other for over 20 years and they have been married for 5 years. Every year they organise a series of yoga practice in Sri Lanka which they are attached to thanks to Theradava Buddhism, as well as its people and nature. Lucie is a craniosacral therapist practising the school of Dr. Upledger, as well as researching the application of the craniosacral therapy in yoga and its impact on the state of the body and emotions. Radek is a guide in the dark therapy and in Sri Lanka, a climber and a swordsman. Yoga is the way of life for them, not just practising asanas. They bring up a son Matej and teach courses of Craniosacral Yoga®. In 2017 they published a book Francis L. Minerve – Craniosacral Yoga® and they are founders of The European Centre of Craniosacral Yoga.
